Acceptance of Terms & Applicability
By accessing or using 1601, you confirm that you have fully read and accepted these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to use online entertainment services under Bangladesh law.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between 1601 and the user. If you disagree with any term, please refrain from using the platform. 1601 reserves the right to update these terms at any time; updates will be noted on this page.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
When creating an account on 1601, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual is allowed to operate only one account. Multiple account creation is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account.
Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Do not allow others to use your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately.
- The name, date of birth, and mobile number provided during registration must be truthful.
- National ID or passport details may be requested for account verification.
- Accounts opened with false information will be canceled and deposited funds may be confiscated.
- Users are solely responsible for all activities conducted under their accounts.
Acceptable Use Policy
The 1601 platform is for personal entertainment only. Commercial use or betting on behalf of others is prohibited. Exploiting any technical faults or weaknesses for unfair advantage is strictly forbidden.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Fraudulent activities, money laundering, or any illegal financial transactions.
- Using bots, automated software, or artificial methods to influence odds or outcomes.
- Attempting unauthorized access or hacking of other users’ accounts.
- Assisting minors under 18 to use the platform is prohibited.
- Participation in betting syndicates or organized cheating.
Violation of these rules will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action where applicable.
Payment, Transactions & Account Policies
All transactions on 1601 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via approved payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
Deposit
The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method. After a successful deposit, your account balance may take a few minutes to update. No interest applies to deposited funds.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests can only be made from registered and verified accounts. Depending on the payment method, withdrawal processing may take from a few hours up to 3 business days. Withdrawals may be denied if bonus terms are not fulfilled.
Account Suspended or Closed
1601 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts suspected of term violations, fraud, or legal issues. Separate procedures apply for returning valid balances of closed accounts.
Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
Liability
The 1601 platform is provided "as is." 1601 is not liable for financial compensation due to technical issues, server disruptions, or temporary unavailability. 1601 is also not responsible for betting or gaming outcomes based on user decisions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1601 platform — including logos, graphics, interface design, software, and text — is intellectual property of 1601. Users may not redistribute, modify, or commercially use any content without permission.
Third-Party Links
1601 may use third-party payment services or technology partners. 1601 is not responsible for third-party policies or actions. Users are advised to read the payment provider’s own terms as well.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
1601 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updates will be reflected with a new date on this page before taking effect. For major changes, registered users will be notified where possible, but users should regularly check this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. In case of dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through discussion.
